As Dedicated Ward Officers we need to understand what aspects of crime and anti-social behaviour impact the community we serve. In order to do this, we need to open up lines of communication so that we can be accessible and abstract vital information so that we can improve the service that we provide. Neighbourhood policing is often referred to as community policing. Our aim is to build public confidence within every community with visible, dedicated and locally accountable officers.
